Welcome to Next Step Therapy.
I’m Steph and I’m here to help, support and guide you to your goals, whatever they may be. I am a qualified, certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and I also have a Bsc (hons) in Psychology. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an extensive tool used by the NHS and many practicing therapists partly because of its problem-solution focused approach but mostly because it is so successful at treating people and because of its broad applicability.
Combining CBT with hypnosis allows us to access a power packed approach to realising and achieving your goals because hypnotherapy mitigates the absorption of powerful therapeutic suggestions and helps you to reach your goals faster.
